Job Summary:
This role involves working as part of the APAC Finance team where you will be reporting to the Controller, APAC Finance to support the operation in Singapore. The responsibility of this role ensures finance operation and reporting function follow the Group reporting requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Supervise and ensure efficient accounting processes for monthly payroll, employee reimbursements, accounts receivables and payables, and other compliance matters.
- Lead monthly and quarterly closing activities, approving journal entries, preparing reconciliations and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance to relevant standards, policies and internal procedures
- Handle the budget preparation and forecasting process in collaboration with various business units and functions
- Work closely with auditor and tax advisors, act as the primary PIC for GST compliance, statutory and regulatory reporting obligations in Singapore
- Manage audit processes and rectify any control issues in a timely and effective manner
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices including review of policies and continual process re-engineering and improvements to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist or lead system implementation and enhancement projects, as well as other group tasks/ duties as assigned.
· Treasury
- Liaise with banks and all internal and external stakeholders for payment arrangement
- Oversee approval process and requirements of payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
· Office management
- Assist in collating all electronic office invoices for submission to shared service center
- Support local company filing and human resource duties
- Maintain good record keeping files for company documents
Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with hands on experience in SFRS and IFRS
- Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office.
- Global mindset with strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
