Short-Term Chauffeur (20th to 22nd September 2024)

We are looking for experienced and service-oriented chauffeurs to support our company’s requirements during the Formula One Grand Prix from 20th to 22ndSeptember 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform excellent service consistent with our brand service standards.

• Always punctual for all driving assignments 15 minutes prior to commencement of assignment.

• Possess basic knowledge of using technology gadgets such as iPad for paging purposes and the GPS for direction guidance wherever necessary.

• Ability to ensure guests safety during the journey.

• To drive safely and carefully abiding to speed limit and local traffic rules.

Requirements:

• Must commit all 3 days for 20th to 22nd September.

• Relevant experience as a chauffeur, or minimum 3 years in driving in Singapore.

• PDVL / TDVL is a must

• Strong knowledge of roads within Singapore

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

• Positive work attitude, punctual. Committed, adaptable and friendly.

• Alert and safe as a driver

• Possess valid Class 3 license with clean driving records.

Remuneration

$15.00 per hour.

Payment will be made 7 days after assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring vehicle is always well-maintained and clean during shift.

• Discreet and respectful to guests.

• Carry out routine inspections on car to ensure car is in good working condition to prevent unnecessary breakdowns.

• Perform checks in car after passenger alight to ensure cleanliness before next pick-up. • Adhere to other transport related SOPs instructed by immediate superior.

• Required to drive continental cars or MPV.

Traffic Marshal

We are seeking enthusiastic, vibrant and reliable Event Crew for the upcoming Formula One Grand Prix! Join us if you like to be part of the action in supporting the annual highly anticipated night race.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Directing Traffic and ensuring smooth traffic flow along the race event service road.

Execute enforcement duties during event period on service road such as advising patrons not to jaywalk.

Ensuring the road safety of patrons by giving accurate instructions

Attend to guest queries on ground

Timely incident reporting to your event IC if you witness any incidents during shift work.

Ushering guests to transport provided for them.

Displaying of event signage

<You will be guided by Event ICs>

Requirements:

Experience in events will be a great value-add.

Personnel will need to stand for long hours

Shift work from 1pm- 11pm or 12midnight

Transport provided back home.

Able to work 3 consecutive days Fri to Sunday from 15-17 September

Rain or shine event.

Earplugs and raincoat provided to personnel.

Meals included.
