[What you will be working on]

• Work closely with Assistant Director / Corporate Communications Department (CCD) to develop strategies and drive multi-channel communications to support organisational goals
• Communications Guru – be adept in integrated communications, and manage communications functions such as public relations, traditional and digital media marketing, branding, social media, content production and crisis communications
• Master Communicator – work on internal and external communications and publicity initiatives, together with other team members and counterparts in areas of communications, marketing and outreach, design and content creation
• Networking Champion - foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and engagement
• Storyteller Extraordinaire - identify key messages and leverage on relevant channels and tactics to creatively amplify TP and its offerings to stakeholders and the public
• Brand Custodian – implement communications strategies to amplify and drive awareness of TP among its target audiences
• Systems Thinker - develop and implement workflow processes to facilitate effective communication outcomes

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary education in Communications, Digital Media or related disciplines
• At least 5-8 years of experience in communications, content creation, digital media and social media management.
• Hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
• Highly motivated performer with a high threshold for resolving complex issues within tight timelines
• Stellar track record in developing and implementing integrated, multi-channel communications and campaigns
• Strong knowledge of current key trends in social / digital media marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Google Adwords, with experience in creating digital and social media content
• Prior experience in implementing and executing digital and social media content from inception to execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Proficient in the use of graphic, video and editorial content creation tools (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, etc)
• Good grasp of copywriting, graphic design, publishing and layout

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with TP’s internal marketing, creative teams to shoot, edit and produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching Corporate Communications objectives

• Develop and create content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness(creative & copy) editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), TikTok content

• Audit and analyse social media presence, engagement, following, analyse social trends and data and measure success of social media campaigns to justify the value of social media in building the brand

• Devise social media messaging through copy and visual elements, in synergy with wider brand marketing campaigns, storytelling, events and activations.

• Ensure content created is optimised for platforms and adhering to best practice

• Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.

• Take an active role in driving and managing community management across all platforms (proactive and reactive)

• Create monthly, quarterly and annual social media report

PREREQUISITES

• Good, recognised diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Communication Design or Graphic Design-related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience

• At least three years of relevant working experience as a social media content creator, social media manager or similar role

• Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms, principally: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn and Telegram

• Must have a creative eye and working knowledge of image editing, artwork creation and video production (camera work and post production)

• Solid understanding of social media trends, technologies and best practice and how they impact brand perception and performance

• Ability to multi-task and project manage various tasks simultaneously

• Strong interpersonal skills – should be able to work both independently and in a team environment with people at all levels
