- Identifying customers: Finding potential customers and generating leads
- Communicating with customers: Contacting customers to discuss their needs, explain the benefits of the product, and answer questions
- Making sales: Negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales agreements, and processing sales transactions
- Maintaining customer relationships: Following up with customers to build and maintain relationships
- Planning sales: Creating sales strategies, attending conferences and trade shows, and planning promotional campaigns
- Providing customer service: Resolving customer complaints, handling returns, and providing discounts
Require to work outdoors at client's workshop and various shipyard in Singapore.
Fluent english is a must, chinese & tamil will be a plus. Mainly english, tamil and chinese speaking clients.
Will have to be familiar with Microsoft Office, and will have to be willing to learn accounting software to open quotation, delivery order & invoices.
Will be good to have knowledge of searching and buying products from overseas that is unavailable locally.
Must be able to read and write and reply emails.
Products to sell mainly general hardware, welding machines and spare parts.
Singapore class 3 license a plus.
