Your Role:
- Engage: Connect with employers to understand their needs for domestic helpers.
- Profile-matching: Screen and match domestic helpers based on their skills and experiences
- Documentation & Customer Care: Prepare necessary documents, provide continuous support, and mediate between employers and helpers.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Customer-focused with empathy
- Team player and adaptable
- Tech-savvy
- Candidates willing to obtain the CEI certification (sponsorship and training will be available)
