The Client Service Associate will provide technical and client relationship support to Josh Tan and the Advisory Team.
Furthermore, this candidate will be handling insurance and investment transactions for the team’s clients.
The Client Service Associate will also be responsible for providing paraplanning support and performing research regarding complex client issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide paraplanning and research support to Josh Tan and the advisory team
· Attend meetings held with clients and prospects
· Work with clients to ensure action items are thoroughly executed and documented
· Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries
· Assist clients with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies
· Ensuring clients are well updated by working with the advisory team to provide timely reports
· Working with the advisory team to manage client events
Minimum Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail, poised, organized, and keen sense of urgency
· Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
· Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office products
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research complex issues
· Strong interest in personal finance, investments and financial markets
· Enjoys meeting people and have strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently with clarity in communicating work done on a daily basis (primarily via Zoom)
Preferred Qualifications:
Have financial planning experience or finance industry experience
