1. Responsible for overall planning and coordination of the development work from conceptualization, design in architectural drawings with 3D max, 3D Studio, SketchUp, Photoshopand Auto-Cad, budgeting, scheduling and quality standrards.
2. Coordinate with revelent authorities & owners till project is complete.
3. Site monitoring till project is hand over.
