Djenee is looking for service-oriented staff to work in a Front Desk setting for a condominium in Farrer Park/Botanic Gardens.
Job scope includes:
- Attend queries and feedback from residents.
- Help receive parcels and ensure they get to the right person.
- Answer calls and texts from residents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Help run errands for residents.
- Assist with facilities and estate management.
- Management of admin related responsibilities.
Job requires applicants to work independently as only one staff is on duty at a time. Training will be provided on site.
Duration:
- Operation hours from Wednesday to Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm.
- Basic shifts for full timers are 10 hours per day.
- Basic shifts for part timers are between 5 to 10 hours.
Full time, flexi and part time positions available.
