The Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary include ensuring timely service delivery, conducting research, drafting letters, typing and proofreading contracts and documents, preparing Excel lists, assisting in the preparation of Board and committee meetings, drafting minutes, managing the filing system, and ensuring the successful execution of meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Application Specialist plays a crucial role in providing overall support to the Hospital Information System (HIS) and its integration with other clinical & business systems by providing in-depth technical skills to analyse, evaluate, propose and implement total solutions to achieve business objectives.

To collaborates closely with stakeholders (users, internal IT teams and management) to ensure workplaces operational effectiveness and efficiency.
