Summary

• Help clients grow their online sales by managing and strategizing their brand presence.

• Assist manager to draft creative marketing plans and campaigns to drive traffic and boost engagement.

• Work with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok — experience with these is a big plus.

• Source and collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to increase product exposure.

• Do monthly reports and some data analysis to see where we can improve sales.

• Jump in to assist with fulfilment operations during mega sale days and inbound stock days.

About the Role:
At The Giraffic Concept, we're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed and shipped, helping our clients hit fast fulfilment rate on marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Pack daily orders efficiently and accurately.
• Verify packed orders against inventory to ensure correct shipments.
• Assist with maintaining and updating inventory records.
• Support customers with basic order and shipping-related inquiries.

• Requirements:
• Ability to use a computer, including internet browsers and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and tallying inventory.
• Good communication skills for assisting with customer inquiries.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
