Job Requirements:

• Telemarketing duties to secure appointments
• Door knocking to get appointments directly
• Attend business appointments to close sales
• Provide top notch after sales service
• Ad-hoc duties

Working location and hours:

• Office: Kaki Bukit / Bukit Batok
• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 530pm

Roles & Responsibilities

This position reports to the Director. The marketing manager analyze market trends, positioning products, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. They oversee new product launches, manage brand identity, and develop strategies for effective sales and distribution across various channels, ensuring alignment with consumer preferences and competitive dynamics.

Job Requirements:

• Individual to be involved in:
  1. Research emerging trends and consumer preferences to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  2. Develop strategies to position the company’s products effectively, emphasizing quality and innovation.
  3. Create and manage marketing campaigns that reflect the company’s values and drive engagement.
  4. Ensure a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proficiency in data analysis software like Excel or SPSS to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.
2. Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies using strategic management frameworks like SWOT analysis.
3. Expertise in using campaign management tools such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
4. Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to maintain and enhance brand identity.
5. Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce to optimize sales performance and manage distribution channels.
6. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support the recruitment, training, and development of marketing staff.
