Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, qualify, and dispense hearing aids to hearing-impaired customers.
- Responsible for sales performance and recommend strategies to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide hearing care consultation, fittings, and rehabilitation programs to customers.
- Develop and implement patient care management programs on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities (eg. roadshows and product launches) and support assigned projects.
- Administrative duties to maintain the shop's inventory etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Audiology is essential.
- Good people skills and committed to customer service excellence.
- Sales oriented while offering the highest level of patient care and support to partners.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (in order to provide hearing care consultation, fittings, and rehabilitation program to English and Mandarin-speaking elderly customers.)
- Responsible Team player.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Continuous training will be provided.
