The role of an Operations Assistant involves assisting THH ambassadors (TAs) and project managers (supervisors) in project coordination, administrative and logistical support, operational tasks, and project activities to ensure every project runs smoothly and effectively. An Operations Assistant is responsible for:
- Coordination: Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Administrative Support: Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, documentations and project details.
- Logistics Support: Assisting with logistics and supply chain activities.
- Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock, and assisting with inventory replenishment or ordering.
- Customer Service: Providing good service and offering support to customers.
- Adaptability: Being prepared to handle unexpected changes in operations and adjusting plans as needed.
- Problem Solving: Addressing day-to-day operational issues and challenges, working closely with supervisors to find practical solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting Projects: Assisting supervisors in the planning and execution of operational projects.
- Project Arrangement: Assisting logistical aspects of overseas study trips, such as transportation, accommodation, itinerary, activities, events, meals, and any special requirements.
