We are looking for committed music educators to teach in our Instrumental Academy. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Positions available at both our branches (Bukit Timah/Holland Rd and Katong).

Responsibilities

• Teach individual instrumental lessons as well as group and ensemble classes.
• Attend school development meetings and events.

Requirements

• Have a love for children and a heart for helping them grow through music.
• Be committed to personal growth and musical development.
• Be able to work alongside and collaborate with our team of music educators.
• Be a confident music educator with a diploma or degree in music.

Requirements

• Highly organized with an attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow-through
• Professionally matured, resourceful, and possess good time management skills
• Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and willing to learn
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate in office skills or Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Well-versed in English Pleasant & Good communication skills
• Proficient in using Google Office Suite
• Preferably with a minimum 1 year related working experience in admin work
• Able to commit 6-12 hours on a weekly basis on-site for 1 year

Job Description

Candidates must

* be able to format Google documents, sheets, forms, update agendas etc

* have a positive learning attitude to learn basic skills necessary for administrative work provided by The Music Circle such as Wordpress, Canva, Wordpress, etc.

* handle online and walk-in enquiries

* communicate with TMC community parents and students effectively

* Any other assignments stipulated by Director

* Optional: Be able to use Musescore effectively
