What you'll do

• Collaborate with the founders & business stakeholders to translate business goals into product strategy, defining value propositions, product assumptions, and hypotheses
• Own and prioritise the roadmap for a core product vertical, balancing inputs from stakeholders, customers, market research, and industry insights
• Appraise new product ideas and strategise appropriate go-to-market plans
• Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative digital solutions
• Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and holistically about how to solve problems
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Data to deliver high-quality functional solutions
• Work with marketing and other commercial stakeholders on go-to-market launch plans
• Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering growth and development within the team

Who we're looking for

• At least 6 years of experience in product management role or similar position, preferably in Software/ SaaS/ eCommerce companies, with demonstrable success in launching new products/ features with clear impact
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or related fields
• You like to work in an environment that is obsessed with the "why"
• Strong passion for creating exceptional product experiences and solving complex merchant challenges
• Have an exceptional product and business judgement, and a high level of product management competencies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with structure and clarity

• Knowledge of project management & documentation tools such as Jira & Notion

• An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-driven, can thrive in ambiguity, create their own structure and get things done

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn
• Keen sense of aesthetics / belief that software should be both beautiful and functional, with a low floor, high ceiling approach—simple enough for new users, but powerful enough for experts

What you will be doing

• Proactively identify and champion projects to solve complex problems across multiple domains
• Define and create actionable KPIs, production-quality dashboards and provide insights and recommendations
• Align with stakeholders on key metrics, design and propose experimentation strategies

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines: work closely with stakeholders to build instrumentation and define dimensional models, tables or schemas that support business processes

Who we're looking for

• Possess prior knowledge in Data Manipulation/Wrangling, Analytics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics,
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL
• Experience with applied statistics and quantitative modeling (e.g. regression, survival analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and machine learning when needed)
• Effective Data Storytelling skills
• Experience with data visualisation using tools like PowerBI, Tableau is a plus
• Domain experience in e-commerce, marketing, SaaS, or the F&B industry is a plus

About the role

As our Product Designer, you will be taking over the responsibility for all design aspects of our products. In close collaboration with our Product Manager and Engineering Team, you will be involved in the product development process and build a killer user interface and experience that our customers love. This role entails a healthy mix of design, research, and high-level thinking that is needed for this role.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about working in a fast-growing environment to bring our products to the next level and is passionate about building products that last.

What You'll Do

• Drive and design wireframe, information architecture, low to high-fidelity mockups, and interaction specifications
• Conduct evaluative research, including usability tests, heuristic reviews, and competitive analysis
• Contribute to and maintain design systems to achieve design scalability and consistency across multiple products
• Collaborate with other designers in the company to raise the quality bar and continuously improve Oddle’s design processes, principles, and tooling
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers through the full product lifecycle from concept to shipping

Who We Need

• High proficiency in composition, animation, typography and colour that provides visual coherence, emphasis and hierarchy
• Strong understanding of UX process, methods and deliverables
• Experience in designing, implementing, or evolving design frameworks
• Agnostic yet proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Framer & etc.
• Experience in utilizing collaboration tool such as Miro, Figjam, Notion & etc.
• Effective verbal, writing, strategic thinking, conceptualization, presentation, facilitation, and organization skills
• You are comfortable engaging with all level stakeholders, product managers, designers, and technical teams to workshop and define future user experiences for the product

Who You Are

• At least 3 years of experience designing web applications / digital products
• You’re a strong communicator and can work efficiently with different stakeholders
• You are constantly aware of design trends, best practices, innovation ideas and consumer behaviour in relevant industries. You are quick to learn and adopt new industry standards and tools
• Strong command in English communication
• You're a team player and able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment

• You are able to relocate to Singapore
