Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Business Development Manager.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Attend business meetings and assist in following up on action items.
Support business development initiatives and project tracking.
Facilitate the preparation for the new business launch by overseeing logistics, office setup, and the implementation of operational systems.
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth communication.
Ensure accurate filing and organization of both digital and physical documents.
Assist with clinic operations as needed to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
