Summary of Responsibilities
- Handle office and operation administration duties
- Ensure proper timely filing of all F&B and financial documents
- Perform daily store sales reconciliation
- Perform data entry for store sales
- Handle staff recruitments and interviews.
- Handle all MOM work pass related matters (permit applications, cancellations etc
- Register basic and refresher food course for all employees
- Maintain records on coaching and counselling, training, leave, work injuries etc
- Ensure that shifts and leaves are recorded accurately and timely.
- In-charge of collection of cash bags from stores and prepare checklist
- Comfortable in handling cash counting, sorting, and taking charge of cash floats.
- Assist to process monthly payroll.
- Handle and coordinate F&B promotions and events.
- Perform any other general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least “O” Level or Diploma in any field.
- 1 year work experience in any industry.
- Team Player with strong ability to work independently
- Positive work and learning attitude
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Singaporeans only.
