QA Technician (Pail/SMD and Large Steel Drum)

Basic Salary - $1400 - $2000
Working hours – Mon to Thu 7.30am-5pm, Fri 7.30am- 4pm (5 days)
Working location - Pioneer

Job Scopes:

They are packaging company.

Summary: To help the process flow be more effective are in good condition and to ensure that only good quality products are delivered to customers and meet customer requirement. (Report to QC manager).

• Perform Final Inspection
• Testing on incoming goods ie . Paint/Lacquer/Steel (Every batch)
• In Process quality verification (Min Twice a day)
• Inhouse Measuring Equipment’s calibration (Twice yearly)
• Documentation – Process records / Test report
• Raise Non-Conformity Report (Daily)
• Drums performance testing (UN test)
• Others – Ad-hoc basis Example: First Article Inspection, Customer complaint investigation, Product Packaging Test
• Liaising with production, Logistics, Supply Chain/Store, Sales & Marketing departments.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years working experience in manufacturing site preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge in ISO procedure & statistical analysis (advantage)

Customer Service Executive (5 months contract)

Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Basic: Up to $3600

Requirements:
Diploma holder and above
At least 2 years relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities:
To receive all inquiries, take note of the caller’s particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
To assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
To maintain and upkeep the filing system and software on all aspects of waste information.
To assist Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operational in the team.
To assist Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications.
To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
