Job Description :
- Retail sales selling paint, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, household, locks products in hardware store
- Key in sales into POS system, do daily opening and closing of accounts
- Opening and closing of store
- Operate paint mixing machine
- Stock take and stock ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping duties
- Demonstrate excellent salesmanship, maintain a positive attitude, work and collaborate effectively with person in charge
- Fulfill any additional ad-hoc tasks delegated by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Deliver friendly and approachable customer service.
- Possess basic computer skills to operate POS system.
- Be physcially fit to carry heavy loads, eg. 20L paint cans
- Willingness to work a 6-day week and on public holidays, adhering to retail hours from 8.30am to 8.30pm, with a fixed weekday off.
- Candidates with prior retail experience, especially in hardware store/products, are preferred.
- Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
- Applicants without prior experience but with a keen interest in customer service and IT proficiency are encouraged to apply.
