Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers by offering detailed information about products and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Help with stocking, organising, and maintaining the store’s inventory.
- Ensure displays are attractive, well-maintained, and consistent with store standards.
- Process transactions, handle cash, credit, and return transactions accurately.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Help with maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness, including the sales floor, storeroom and office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
