- Conduct a professional assessment on client’s physical condition, fitness level and health condition;
- Customise and create an individualised workout routine for clients, based on their bodily strengths and weaknesses to meet their fitness goals
- Be effective in track progress and show results and achieve client retention.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on the safe and proper use of AF gym equipment and facilities, to avoid accidents and unnecessary injuries;
- Explain exercises in clear and efficient way, and suggest alternatives if needed;
- Monitor and track progress of clients’ fitness progress
- Lead both individual and group training sessions
- Research, experiment and evaluate new exercise techniques and trends
- Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies (appropriate skills and certification can be obtained after successful joining)
- Promote the gym’s fitness packages and plans
- Inform clients about on gym safety and hygiene guidelines
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers
- Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed
- Be that role model to our valued members and motivate them to persevere in their fitness journey.

Required:
- Able to commit to Full time employemt and work shift hours
- Prior experience as a personal trainer or relevant role is preferred.
- Travelling to the East is required
- Strong passion in fitness transformation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions
- Certificates in CPR and first aid (can be acquired on the job)
- Charismatic and outgoing personality
- Fluent in other languages such as but not limited to, Mandarin, Dialects and/or Malay (in order to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin and/or Malay speaking associates)
