Create and maintain optimal Database / DWH / Datamart architecture, which may include:

• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Informatica, SQL and related technologies

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements.

i) Automating manual processes

ii) Optimizing data delivery

iii) Re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and build/maintain Datamart

Participate in project and assist the user PM on the followings:

• To coordinate with IT and stakeholders on the completion of the UAT

• To create test cases/ test script

• To conduct UAT testing and post implementation phase

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT workflows using Spark, SQL, and Python on the Azure Databricks platform.

• Build and optimize data pipelines on the ADA platform to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.

• Import and process metadata and data from multiple sources (e.g., S3 buckets) to support reporting and analytics.

• Implement data quality checks, data validation, and ensure accuracy in processed data.

• Hands-on experience in cloud services (Microsoft Azure) and data warehousing.

• Proven experience in predictive modelling, analytics, and creating dashboards for KPI tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the IT Services & Consulting industry

• Proven ability to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets in the APAC region.

• 5+years of experience in sales or business development within the IT sector.

• Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions.

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing MSA, SOW, and other contractual agreements.

• Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Familiarity with recruitment processes and project staffing.
