Manage the project management processes for engineering and construction related works.
Manage and /or monitoring project schedules, cost and risk.
Implement integrated Project Management Information Systems and use of industry standard tools and software platforms for project control.
Co-ordinate discussions among various project design teams, clients and to achieve project objectives and goals.
Ensure the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
Project Reporting (Weekly and Monthly reporting)
Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed scope of Work across integrated programmes and able to managed across multiple disciplinary.
Manage a team of Engineers during the design stage.
