Job Responsibilities:
1. Produce various types of bread and pastries according to recipes.
2. Ensure product quality and hygiene standards.
3. Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness.
4. Work with the team to ensure orders are completed on time.
5. Ensure maintenance and sanitize baking utensils, tools and machinery
6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in baking.
2. Familiarity with baking equipment and tools.
3. Good team spirit and communication skills.
4. Understanding of health and safety, and basic food hygiene practices
5. Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Must be able to work night shift and split shift
· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
