Job Responsibility:

• Handle of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions
• Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation)
• Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner
• Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
• Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
• Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
• Monthly payroll processing
• Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
• Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
• Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters
• Sound knowledge in permit application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
• Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the management

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with project team in handling EOT matter and change management.

2. Resolve contractual matter with stakeholder & Sub-Contractor.

3. Review contracts documents to ensure a clear understanding of terms, obligations, and requirements.

4. Support project team on Main contract and subcontracts contractual issues.

5. Maintain a comprehensive record of all contract-related documentation, including changes, amendments and correspondences.

6. Identify and address potential contract disputes.

7. Manages contractual claim, disputes, settlements and resolution.

8. Assist to establish and implement project specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding to correspondences, notifications, notices, insurances, warranties and variation requests/orders and claim preparation files.

9. Review tender documents as and when necessary.

Job Requirement:

1. At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry.

2. Good in contract interpretation and letter writing.

3. Knowledge in construction / contract law & different standard forms of contracts, i.e. PSSCOC, SIA, Redas, FIDIC, etc.

4. Experience in Arbitration, mediation, litigation etc is preferred.

Construction Project Manager

- Responsible for the preparation of the construction plan of the gas power station

project and the implementation of the overall construction task of the project, as

well as the overall work of the project department on the construction site, and

responsible for the coordination and liaison with subcontractors, supervisors,

owners and other parties;

- organize the review of construction drawings, responsible for the organization and

design of technical disclosure; Prepare project budget, including equipment,

material procurement budget, construction subcontracting budget, construction site

management budget, etc.;

- Responsible for the safety management, quality management, schedule

management, civilized construction, cost control, material and equipment

management and project team personnel management during the project

implementation, keep track of the project construction progress and quality,

coordinate to solve problems in the construction, organize and complete the

commissioning and training related to the project, and urge the project to complete

as planned;

- Responsible for the preparation and implementation of various construction

schemes, schedule, monthly and weekly work arrangements of the whole project;

- strict quality management to ensure that the construction quality meets the

requirements of the standard or contract;

- timely settlement of project payment to the owner, do a good job in the cost

accounting of the project, activate the use of funds, review the expenses;

- Organize the completion acceptance and settlement of all stages of the project;

DEPUTY PROJECT DIRECTOR cum Chief Engineer

1. Leader for the project site execution and maintenance team, lead the execution and maintenance team to deal with project operation defects.

2. Lead the design team to complete the submission and approval of Red mark drawing and as-built

drawings.

3.Conduct FAC negotiations for project closure with the client and consortium.

4.Lead the project to complete the project final tax settlement.

5.Lead the project team to complete the project completion audit.

6.Leadership and management of construction team members in team building activities,

and ensuring safety and quality processes and regulations were adhered to,

7.Oversaw the progress of construction and engage and negotiated with subcontractors on

Power Station Commercial Manager

- Responsible for the business docking of EPC contracts, including EPC contract

decomposition, EPC milestone settlement, etc.

- Responsible for the pre-settlement of the project and the overall management of

business contracts, specifically responsible for the subcontract bidding, subcontract

signing, project change, claim, visa and subcontract settlement preparation, overall

supervision of the implementation of the subcontract.

- Responsible for project data report output work, improve the platform data

assessment indicators.

- Responsible for timely completion of project planning and statistical tasks as

required by superior units.

- Responsible for the preparation of interim settlement, visa, claims and final

accounts with subcontractors and other related units, and strictly control the

sporadic hourly labor expenses. Participate in the management of on-site

assessment and evaluation of subcontractors.

- Set up various accounts according to the company's cost accounting implementation

methods, and do a good job of monthly compilation and analysis and department

performance assessment.

- Responsible for collecting and sorting out all kinds of contract documents, project

changes, schedule changes, important correspondence with Party A and other

important basis for project settlement and project claim, and establishing legal

documents and files, completion settlement, project quantity measurement and

other engineering business documents package.

- Responsible for the management of the legal affairs section of the project, the

implementation of the relevant national and local laws and regulations and the

company's relevant documents, put forward corrective opinions or suggestions on

the non-compliance of the project with laws and regulations, timely report the

project legal affairs risk events to the company's legal affairs department, and

accept the work guidance of the legal affairs department;

- Assist project manager to do other project management work.

Requirements

- Must have more than 10 years of power plant construction work experience and more

than 7 years of commercial management experience.

- Familiar with project management, master bidding, cost control, budget cost, contract

management and other aspects of work, with strong organization and coordination

ability and problem solving ability;

- Familiar with budget preparation, contract management and material plan

management; Strong comprehensive management ability; Have rich experience in

power station project cost control management, familiar with all aspects, master the

overall operation process of engineering construction projects, familiar with relevant

construction regulations, quotas and material information requirements.

- Have an internationally recognized bachelor degree or above.
