Job Scope:
Attend to sales calls and generate quotation for clients based on drawings
Provide information to production team for fabrication to be carried out and completed by clients' requested deadline
Track and take note of clients' requests/changes and arrange for rectification as required
Verify completed jobs against drawings for issuing invoices to clients
Any other responsibilities to ensure smooth and continuous flow of sale process
Requirements:
Able to read and understand 3D drawings
Good communication skills and customer service. Able to speak, read and write English and Chinese (for Chinese speaking clients)
Able to multi task with good organizational skills
Detail oriented, responsible, diligent, team player and good in problem solving
Good time management, has sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
Experience in carpentry sales/operations is an added advantage. Candidates with experience in related or similar industry are also welcome. Remuneration package will be adjusted according to experience
Experience in managing workers would be beneficial
