<Job Description>
To be overall in charge of operation and management of an Industrial Systems Engineering company in Singapore and its subsidiaries in the region
Main Duties:
- To determine the strategic direction of the company’s business and development
- To manage the operation of the whole company and its subsidiaries
- To oversee the company’s business operations, financial performance and engineering development
- To work jointly with HQ in Japan and the group companies in the region for business development and internal control
<Job Requirements>
- Excellent analytical and judgement skills to gain insight into businesses.
- Minimum 10 years of Management experience
- Strong understanding of whole industrial system products, integrated systems and deep experiences in the Industrial Systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with external stakeholders, HQ in Japan and group companies in other countries
- Good knowledge of sales, project engineering, finance and accounting standards as well as HR practices
- Highly proficient in the Japanese language is necessary in order to communicate and negotiate effectively with HQ in Japan and other Japan-based stakeholders.
- Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills to lead the organisation
- Able to excel under high-pressure
- Frequent travelling is expected.
