. At least 10 years experience in a kitchen environment
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
· Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
· Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
· Able to stand / work for long hours
· Can work between different locations
· Relevant culinary certifications or training is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Cook food in a timely manner
2. Set up the kitchen with necessary cooking equipment, such as knives, pans, and food scales
3. Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
4. Work together with kitchen staff, delegating tasks related to meal preparation, cooking, and delivering food to diners in a timely
5. Follow the budget established by the restaurant manager
6. Ensure safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and create new recipes
