The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for International Medical Clinic (IMC) under Qualitas Healthcare Group, manages the planning, development and execution of all marketing activities, digital campaigns and other events designed to cultivate a strong brand presence for IMC group of clinics which engages both expatriate, local families and corporate patients. The individual will work in conjunction and under the direction of the General Manager, meeting all organizational strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities Overview:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and clinic specialties.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and maximizing communication effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and track campaign performance through analytics tools, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search(PPC), social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Email Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- End-to-end management of events as required, e.g., sponsorships, events, speaker engagements.
- Manage campaign budgets and track performance through analytics tools, adjusting strategies for optimal ROI.
Website & User Experience:
- Optimize clinic website for user experience and conversions, ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
- Implement and manage web analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and lead generation.
Patient Experience:
- Enhance communication/education to patients on new initiatives and services (in clinic and online).
- Design and distribute all patient facing in clinic materials, including but not limited to clinic signage/posters, infographics, wall decals and artwork.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Monitor patient volumes, actively look for opportunities to increase patient visits in key demographics and maximize patient volumes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders.
Collaboration:
- Liaise closely and build positive working relationships with external stakeholders to encourage engagement and Company awareness through third-parties, including but not limited to associations, international schools, relocation agencies, embassies, B2B partnerships and insurance companies.
- Craft and distribute news articles, social media posts, EDM’s, information sheets, zoom presentations, podcasts, video recordings/interviews and in person events.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and staff from diverse backgrounds. Work closely with clinic staff, physicians, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Stay informed about clinic services and offerings to develop effective marketing materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (PPC, social media, Email Marketing, Analytics).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a multi-channel environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment with international exposure.
- Proficient in content creation (graphic, video and articles)
- Fluency in English and additional languages (highly desirable).
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
