This individual will work closely with the CEO to identify, evaluate, and execute on new investment opportunities, as well as manage and monitor existing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and underwriting new real estate investment opportunities, including analyzing market trends and demographics, performing financial analysis, and conducting due diligence
- Assist the CEO with day to day management across all business divisions. Including but not limited to strategy, operational, IT, financial, insurance, tax, accounting, audit, legal, compliance, contract, regulation, corporate admin, data protection, investors, sales, marketing and distribution, risk management, governance topics
- Assisting the company with managing ongoing investments in the portfolio including reporting, consolidation, and operational aspects (controlling, automation, security, and cash transactions to and from investors, setup of entities, products, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, invoicing, liquidity etc.)
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential investment partners, including developers, brokers, and lawyers, bankers, advisors, administrators, authorities, other industry professionals
- Collaborating with the CEO and shareholders to develop and execute investment strategies and goals
- Assisting to establish, validate and implement tax and legal structuring and the ongoing management of entities in various jurisdictions in Asia, UK, Europe, Australia and other jurisdictions the team
- Managing and monitoring existing investments, including property management, leasing, and dispositions
- Preparing and presenting investment recommendations and performance reports to senior management and investors
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Continuously improve the investment process and strategy
- Lead and manage deal teams for larger transactions
- All other duties as assigned by the management of the Company
