Role Description:
Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of assigned events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring events to life, managing all aspects from conceptualization to post-event analysis.
Specific Responsiblities:
1. Lead the end-to-end management of assigned events.
2. Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
4. Coordinate with internal teams for cohesive event execution.
5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
