Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Programme Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our sports programmes. The Programme Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Programme Planning and Development:
• Develop comprehensive programme plans in alignment with company objectives, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative sports programmes tailored to the needs and interests of participants.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance programme offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
2. Programme Execution and Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of sports programmes, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with coaches, instructors, and other staff members to facilitate smooth programme delivery and provide necessary support.
• Monitor programme activities, track progress, and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
• Assist the Technical Director with administrative and operational tasks related to the event execution of the World Aquatics Championships Singapore 2025.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and sponsors to foster collaboration and support for programme initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for partnership growth.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and events to promote programmes and build brand awareness.
4. Financial Management:
• Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial objectives.
5. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics to assess programme effectiveness and impact.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance programme quality and participant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in programme and marketing management, preferably in the sports or recreation industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management principles.
• Passion for sports and promoting active lifestyles, with a commitment to delivering exceptional sports experiences.
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to support programme activities and events.
• Local and overseas travel may be required occasionally for meetings, conferences, or programme implementation at different locations.
