<Job Description>
To be overall in charge of technical support and sales and marketing promotion for Discrete and System Device Semiconductor products for India and ASEAN and Oceania market in collaboration with HQ in Japan. Customers will include Japanese account in India and ASEAN region.
Duties include:
· Product promotion and training
· Solution proposal for customers’ request
· Technical support for customers’ project
· Market Analysis of Discrete and System Device Semiconductor product in ASEAN, India and Oceania
· Prepare product planning proposal
· Plan and following up Design Win and Creating New Opportunities
· Managing, directing FAE staffs under company direction
<Job Requirements>
· Good technical knowledge of Discrete and System Device Semiconductor products to support customers in ASEAN, India and Oceania regions
· Possess strong negotiation and communication skills to work closely with customers, HQ in Japan and group companies in other countries
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Support as well as Sales and Marketing promotion for B2B business
· High proficiency in Japanese language is necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with HQ in Japan and Japanese base customers
· Frequent travelling is expected.
