Job Description:
- Attends customer’s complaints, enquires on quality related matters
- Investigate and analysis of customer complaints and follow-up with the relevant departments to ensure that they are addressed and closed in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate customer’s requests for products in mass production
- Attend quality reviews and presentations as and when required to by the customers
- Monitor and manager product quality performance and submit review report to Management periodically
- Study and improve production quality yield for each status of sample
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role
- Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and willing to perform overtime
