Job Descriptions:
- Perform secretarial tasks, such as drafting correspondence, managing schedules, and organizing files, to support executive and operational needs.
- Act as the main contact for Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Translate documents and correspondences between Japanese and English.
- Handle work pass applications, ensuring compliance with Singapore's regulations.
- Support recruitment by managing job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Process monthly payroll and resolve any queries.
- Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support.
- Tackle ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2/N1). Candidate needs to communicate with Japanese speaking and English speaking clients.
- Proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
