Requirements
- Experience in handling the full sets of accounts for business operations
- Preferably able to do yearly depreciation of assets
- Experience in Xero accounting is an added advantage
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & Google documents
- English proficiency
Job Scope
- Invoice processing
- Manage customer receivable & generate monthly statements and customer credit control
- Prepare supplier payments
- Journal entries recording and posting
- Banking entries checking and reconciliation
- Preparing of report for quarterly GST submission
- Year-end closing for Balance sheet, Profit & Loss and Trial Balance
- Assist in checking outgoing goods for our delivery drivers
Training is provided to handle our current computer accounting system
Ability to start immediately with a short notice will be prerferable
