Responsibilities:
- Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process export shipments in a cost-efficient manner.
- Always develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing clients of the status of their shipments
Requirements:
- Minimum Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation - Import or Export
- Positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
