Responsibilities:

• Perform AP functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, initiating payments/fast payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.
• Process payments related to supplier invoices
• Ensure all GL codes and cost centres used are correct and in order
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement and staff claims.
• Assist in preparing monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
• Any ad-hoc duties that being assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Min. LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy
• With 2 years of experience doing AP in similar industry (Freight Forwarding)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability to keep tight schedules and deadlines
• Positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure proper review of operational SOPs and continuing compliance with customers’ quality requirements.
• Prepare relevant SOP, Quality and refresher training for all staff
• Lead the QC team and involve on incoming, in process and outgoing inspection activities.
• Equipment/System Qualification, Calibration and Maintenance
• Ensure the environmental monitoring, 6S and equipment maintenance are performed and documented as per requirement and procedure.
• Lead, plan and perform internal audits (Gemba Walk) in accordance with the relevant procedure
• To handle deviation, product complaints, product recall and return, in collaboration with Operations, ensuring that investigations and C/PAs are implemented and closed out appropriately.
• Ensure proper administration of accordance to the procedure.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering/Logistics or equivalent.
• With 2 to 3 years of experience in QHSE
• Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 / quality assurance principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications
• Problem-solving and good interpersonal & communication skills

Responsibilities:

Handles all daily operations matters. Includes but not limited to the following:-

• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Handle and process of incoming shipment and related document based on customer’s requirement.

• Perform scanning job with customer’s warehouse management system.

• Ensure all documentation are fulfilled and updated to Head Office timely.

• Liaise with relevant parties for out-going shipment or return shipment, when necessary, to support customer order fulfilment.

• Support in month-end stock take and replenishment of material needed.

• Perform other administrative duties such as filing and documentation processing.

• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words etc)

• Good team player and performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Information:

• Salary Package : Basic Salary + OT + allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday-Friday)

(Option of fixed or monthly shift rotation)

Morning shift : 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.30am to 7.30pm

Night shift : 8.30pm to 5.30am / 10.30pm to 7.30am
