Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing:
Efficiently manage the end-to-end process of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Letter of Credits:
Handle and process Letter of Credits (LCs) in compliance with international trade regulations.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to sales, shipments, and LCs.
Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Order Processing, Letter of Credits, and related operations.
Diploma in [relevant field] is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
