- Skillful with wood working machineries router, planner, sanding machine, edge bending, circular saw,hand saw.

- Able to read, draw and understand carpentry drawing

- Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work

- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed including

documenting the projects with photos

- Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations

- Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing

- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations, as well as Quality and Progress at project worksite

-Produce Shop Drawings for Clients ­

-Design proposals 3D visuals / Presentation drawings / Autocad technical drawing for developments project to developers, ­ Preparation of detailed drawings, Construction documents ­

-Coordinate and handle design development, architectural CAD and drafting detailing

-Site visit and meeting to ensure works are properly executed as per design intent ­

-Coordination / Liaising with Architects, Project Managers, Main­con, Sub­con as well as clients or direct owners

-Ensure proper paperwork / documentation / drawings are in order ­

-AutoCAD Drafting

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

-Required language(s): Chinese (to liaise with Chinese Associates), English
