Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with the investment team to ensure that operational processes to support loan transactions are in place, including but not limited to, payment and receipt of funds, covenant testing, Conditions subsequent, coverage ratio and any other transaction specific conditions are correctly monitored and actioned
Collaborate with external service provider and affiliates on fund flow, division of responsibilities, investment bookings, repayments, rate resets, agency function and transaction specific ongoing information delivery and storage and covenant testing
First point of contact with borrower and responsible for monitoring the status of loan transactions
Support the investment team on structuring and due diligence of transactions
Project task group to select and implement loan management system
Continuous process improvements
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Relevant degree
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
Prior experience in loan operations / fund management / asset management
Experienced in using loan management software
Independent, driven and able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Detailed oriented, hands-on, meticulous and able to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
