Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the digital space, innovation processes, and interactive technologies.
- Manage, oversee, and take ownership of all events and project-related activities from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery from initiation to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine project timelines, milestones, and other relevant documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time with the highest quality of service.
- Understand, process, and coordinate client change requests in a clear and concise manner, then allocate tasks and action items to the internal team for execution within defined sprints or timeboxes.
- Identify potential obstacles, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate issues to ensure early and effective resolution.
- Apply and enforce company SOPs and best practices to ensure efficient project management, while continuously reviewing and recommending improvements to processes and workflows.
- Foster and share knowledge of design and tech-driven project management best practices with the team.
- Coordinate with main contractors and vendors for preparation, setup, training, and handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing both permanent and temporary installations.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Experience in event management, with a preference for those with experience in setting up digital experiences.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, effectively interacting with both external stakeholders (clients and vendors) and internal teams (Management, HODs, Design, Software, and Ops & IT departments) across various levels and backgrounds.
- Able to manage day-to-day project operations as well as people management challenges.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through email, phone, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack), or in-person in a boardroom setting.
- Resourceful, positive, and proactive team player with strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Self-motivated to continuously upskill through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, participation in professional societies, and benchmarking best practices.
