Responsibilities

• Issuing, sending of PO via email and keep track of PO for procurement activities.
• Liaising with store to monitor stock inventories required by Operations Unit is in place to avoid any potential material shortage
• Liaising with plant for their requirements.
• Maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory
• Liaising/correspondence with suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries
• Continuously sourcing of parts/materials as and when required
• Performing Goods received and updating of system
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other necessary data
• Co-ordinating with forwarder for preparing of documents/permit for incoming shipment clearance
• Continuously liaising with Sales and other departments for their new requirement of material/parts
• To negotiable and obtain best price quotes from suppliers based on various Purchase Requisition request within the company
• Deals with defective goods damaged goods as and when required
• Performing monthly stock take
• Any other ad hoc jobs assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in procurement.
• At least diploma or degree in purchasing or equivalent.
• Good communication skill.
• Computer literate.

As an IT Executive, your role provides seamless integration of the IT infrastructure support to the end users. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the IT infrastructure. You will be managing various IT hardware such as server, network equipment, IT software, Firewall, Virtualization, maintain and update IT documentations. Additionally, you will participate in server and network monitoring or related IT projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support & Maintenance - Servers: To assist in daily monitoring of system health.
• Support & Maintenance - End Users: To provide support on laptop/desktop issue and end user issue such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (O365) and Antivirus. Update the related documentation for IT asset tracking and disposal, software and license tracking, and user manuals and guides.
• IT Projects: To participate in various end-user related project such as machine/hardware refresh and software refresh and improvement work, replacement works or new implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience with hands on experience in the following areas:
• Windows Server and Linux Operating System
• Cloud (e.g. Office 365, Azure, AWS), Virtualization (Hyper-V, Vmware), Networking (e.g. Cisco, Aruba)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification will be added advantage
• Be able to work independently and in a team
