Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of Food & Hygiene safety in practice.
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Conducting quality inspections and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government regulatory standard.
- Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
- Assist in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is always in place.
- Collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- To carry other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in QA/ QC role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols.
