We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful deployment and maintenance of CCTV systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from installation to post-deployment support, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing CCTV deployment projects, ensuring all tasks are executed on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of CCTV and associated devices.
- Monitor and track issues reported by the project team or customer stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly project reports for client verification and updates.
- Collaborate with the internal development team to handle software maintenance, including bug fixes, software upgrades, change requests, and the integration and testing of new hardware systems.
- Address requests and concerns from customer stakeholders, providing timely responses and solutions.
- Proactively identify and address challenges or constraints within the project, ensuring risks are managed effectively.
- Diagnose abnormal system conditions, determine root causes, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system performance.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
