· Responsible for day-to- day management and administration of a piece of business
· Own the output of all client deliverables – from brief through to execution – including timelines, quality of delivery, scopes, resources and billings
· Own client relationships – key point of contact for clients, level-setting, expectation management, reporting and selling in ideas or persuading the clients. Own third party partner relationships on behalf of client where relevant (production, PR, media partners)
· Own client knowledge management – what keeps the client up at night, what their latest priority is and how well the brand and its competitors are doing.
· Work with Creative team from brief stage through to deliverables – serving as brand guardian as well as provide inspiration / fuel for creative. Responsible for feasibility checks for ideas
· Work with Strategists to contribute to development and writing of briefs
