As a Executive Secretary, he/she is responsible to oversight for the day-to-day operations for all construction, project management, project costing and project administration activities. He/she has to assist in coordinating the execution of all construction activities that take place on the work site, ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship and efficience
a) Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Civil/Electrical /Mechanical/Engineering or equivalent.
b) Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in projects management
c) Skills & Knowledge
- Well-versed in the operations, coordination and details for architectural, structural and M&E field works
- Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed.
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be team -spirited individuals who are able to work independently to meet deadlines.
d) Personal Qualities
- Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
