Responsibilities:
- Review sales orders and generate purchase orders to suppliers while maintaining inventory within company goals
- Handle changes in suppliers’ delivery schedules
- Ensure on-time delivery to customer from suppliers in a proactive manner
- Exhaust all possibilities in obtaining product to satisfy critical customer requirements
- Expand product knowledge to effectively support sales
- Purchase inventory to achieve maximum quantities at lowest possible costs
- Ensure and maintains integrity of system information, including costs, schedules and packaging
- Maintain and add part numbers to system
- Manages and resolves price discrepancies with internal and external parties across various departments
- Handles quality issues
- Build good relationships with internal and external parties
- Provides good service level to internal colleagues
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in electronics components
- Team player & able to communicate with all levels
- Good attitude, responsible, diligent and willing to learn
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
