Job Description & Requirements

• To generate sales revenue from new and existing customers and new customers
• To provide excellent after sales support to customers
• Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also collect payment from respective accounts on schedule every month
• Attend to customer's complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably
• Gather market information and customer's feedback to the company
• To solve various issues related to order fulfilment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders
• Establish excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers
• Responsible for customer's service satisfaction
• To aggressively promote new and higher value added products to existing and new customers professionally to achieve sales target
• Assist to handle incoming calls and enquiries

Requirements :

• Candidates with direct sales experience
• Candidates with experience in beauty related industry are welcome to apply
• Experience in handling retailers and salons an added advantage
• Proficient in English and multi-Chinese dialects would be an added advantage (to liaise with customers)
• Positive attitude, able to work independently, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills

Job description

1. handle quotation, sales order , delivery order and invoice

2. communicate with customers for following up on delivery

3. take order and execute order

4. to do basic social media posting ( if can handle shopee, lazada and q0010 platform is added value)
