We specializes in supplying manicure, pedicure and beauty related products to salons and salons professional across Singapore.We are expanding our team. Job Description
- Receiving and processing orders via all channels
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing invoices to customers
- Calling customers and follow up on customers order
- Fix appointment for sale representative for appointment
- Follow up on collections
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- PC Literate
- Min Nitec or ‘O’ Levels (Entry levels welcomed)
- Min 1 year of Administrative or Date Entry experience
- Meticulous, organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Normal Working Hours: 8am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 8am to 1pm (Sat), may require to work on shift rotation as and when required.
- Able to work on weekends and public Holidays
